TMI recognizes the diversity in the health care needs of individuals and families and, as a result, offers employees two health plan options. Option one is a traditional Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan and is structured with a lower deductible and a coinsurance arrangement. Option two is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA). TMI contributes significantly to the employee portion of the premium cost for both plan options and employee HSA accounts. Optional dependent coverage is also available.
Group Long Term Disability TMI automatically enrolls employees with partial income protection if they become disabled from a covered accident or sickness.
Life Insurance: TMI provides a life insurance policy for eligible employees. Additional life insurance for employees and dependents is also available for purchase.
